New Stuff:

New Starting Weapon: Arcane Boomstick: 

Damage 5 - 7. 

Projectile Size: +65%

Projectile Life: -65%, 

Projectile Speed: +150%. 

Your Attacks cause knockback.

New Starting Skill: Disintegrating Slash: 

Tear open the void in front of you, afflicting enemies with Unraveling. Unlike normal Afflictions, Unraveling ticks whenever you spend Essence.

Scales from 100% of weapon damage.

Dot Scales from 50% of weapon damage.

Generates: 0.5 Essence

Cooldown: 0.75 Seconds

New Skill: Null Implosion: Collapse the fabric of reality around you in a 4 meter diameter. Enemies killed by this skill release a Void Bolt. 

Scales from 300% of weapon damage. 

Cost: 2 Essence. 

Cooldown: 1 Second

New Rune: Arcane Missiles - Magic Missiles: Arcane Missiles now home in on the nearest enemy instead of moving toward your facing position.

New Rune: Fracture Reality - Volatile Bolts: Void Bolts created from Fracture Reality now cause damage in a 5 meter diameter.

New Rune: Living Void - Violent Death: Friendly Amorphous Vestiges explode on death in a 2 meter diameter for 150% Weapon Damage.

Elite Enemies: Enemies have a chance on spawn to become Elite, gaining new powers. Elite Enemies drop Aetherium Ingots, a resource required to upgrade gear Affixes.

Balance:

Siege Mage’s Signet: Bonus to projectile size is now 100% (Down from 200%)

Stream of Stars - Galactic Center Rune: You can now move at 50% speed while channeling Stream of Stars.

Stream of Stars: Star projectile Rotation Speed is much higher.

Stream of Stars: Now pierces 1 time inherently.

Spatial Distortion: Damage increased to 100% of weapon damage (up from 25%) in a 2 meter (up from 1) diameter, and Projectiles gain +50% damage when they pierce.

Steal Time: Now Chains up to 1 time (down from 2) and stacks up to 2 times (down from 3).

Essence Field: Ratio for draining Essence for health loss is now 3:1 (up from 2:1)

Fracture Reality: Base damage increased to 300% (Up from 200%). Void Bolts have a slightly smaller base size.

Living Void: Amorphous Vestiges now inherit 100% of your weapon’s average damage (up from 50%). 

Steal Time - Altered Timeline Rune: Redesigned. Now grants a 10% bonus to Arcane and Void damage when Steal Time is applied to a target, stacking up to 3 times and lasting 5 seconds.

Arcane Missiles - Missile Storm Rune: Damage reduced by 40% (Down from 50%). 

Projectile Splitting: When a projectile splits, the child projectiles can no longer split. (They still inherit Chain and Pierce).

UX Improvements:

On the Runes Panels, Left or Right Click will select a skill. (Previously only left click).

On the pop-up Modal, hitting Escape will close the panel. (Previously had to click Okay).

Bug Fixes:

Regalia of the Chronomancer is no longer pretending to be Regalia of the Vermin Lord when Living Void is equipped.

Swapping your Utility Skill on the action bar no longer breaks the UI

Known Active Skills now properly closes when the Skills Panel is closed.

Dash should no longer get stuck in a dashing state (Hopefully).

Minion Damage Affix is now properly rolling in the forge when a Passive Skill has the Summoning Tag.
