New Stuff:

General:

Resource Orbs: In addition to Health Orbs, Essence Orbs also have a chance to drop from enemies on death. Both orbs have a 10% chance to drop and restore 35% of the maximum of their respective resource on pickup. 

Both the chance to drop, and the value of restoration are now Stats instead of fixed hard-coded values. They’re not currently rollable as Affixes in the Forge, but they may appear as inherent values on some items.

Items:

New Item: Band of Vibrant Vitality: [Ring]

Inherent Affix: Health Regen Amount: 5%. 

Inherent Affix: Health Orb Amount: +20%

At the end of each Combat Room, spawn a Health Orb.

New Item: Juggler’s Gloves: [Gloves]

Every 2 Essence Orbs you pick up spawns a Health Orb

Every 2 Health Orbs you pick up spawns an Essence Orb

Skills:

New Passive Skill: Temporal Distortion: An unstable time field surrounds you in a 3 meter diameter. Enemies in the area suffer damage over time.

Deals 100% of Weapon Damage every 1 Second

New Passive Skill: Armor of Emptiness: Your body is partially unreal, making you harder to damage.

Increase your Armor by: 15%

New Rune: Essence Field - Efficient Shielding: Increase the amount of damage diverted to Essence by 5% and Double the chance for Essence Orbs to drop.

New Rune: Essence Field - Secret Reserve: Whenever you use a Utility Skill, restore 5% of your Maximum Essence.

New Rune: Essence Field - Essence Maven: Reduce the Essence Cost for your Active Skills by 20%.

New Rune: Essence Field - Orb Empowerment: Picking up an Essence Orb increases your Global Damage by 30% for 5 Seconds. Picking up a Health Orb increases your Armor by 20% for 5 seconds.

New Rune: Essence Field - Mana Bomb: When your Essence drops below 10% of Maximum, you cause a massive explosion in a 8 meter diameter around you causing damage equal to 500% of your Maximum Essence. This Skill cannot trigger again until your Essence rises above 90% of your Maximum.

New Rune: Steal Time - Spacetime Juxtaposition: Dealing Spatial damage to a non-boss enemy affected by Steal Time’s Damage over Time effect summons a warped copy of that enemy under your control.  Summoning an extra clone replaces your existing clone.

New Rune: Steal Time - Chronal Transfer: Steal Time has a longer interval between ticks, but Slows enemy Move Speed while boosting your own.

Slow: 20%

Haste: 20%

Interval: + 0.5 Seconds

Forge:

New Affix: Health Regeneration Amount: The percentage of your Max Health you Regenerate every second.

Balance:

Skills:

Arcane Missiles: This Skill no longer has a variable proc rate. Instead its damage is multiplied by the triggering skill’s cooldown.

Arcane Storm: Base Damage increased to 130% (Up from 100%)

Arcane Missiles: Base projectile size slightly reduced.

Tactical Teleport: This Skill can now autofire if the button is held down.

Essence Field: Improved ratio of damage to essence to 2:1 (down from 3:1), but now only 30% of damage taken is diverted to Essence.

Banishment: This Skill no longer teleports Obstacles. (It still damages and stuns them).

Fracture Reality: Base Essence Cost increased to 1.75 (Up from 1.25).

Dash - Long Stride Rune: This rune now increases your dash Distance by 50% (Down from 100%)

Stream of Stars - Constellation Rune: This rune now converts all Pierce affecting Stream of Stars into Chain. (Previously only converted the inherent Pierce to Chain).

Arcane Storm- Eternal Mark Rune: This rune now also increases the Arcane Vulnerability potency by 20% (Up to 12% from 10%).

Forge:

All Affixes:The same affix can now only be rolled on an item 1 time. When rolling on a slot in which an Affix is already applied, only tiers of equal or greater rarity will show in the list for that Affix.

Max Essence Affix: Value reduced to 2.5 per tier (down from 5).

Max Health Affix: Value reduced to 2.5 per tier (down from 5).

Essence Regen Rate: Essence Regen Rate can only be rolled on Head Slots

Health Regen Value: Health Regen Value can only be rolled on Armor Slots.

Cooldown Reduction: Soft cap changed to 75% (Down from 90%).

Effect Interval: Soft cap changed to -75% (Down from -80%).

Misc:

Leveling: Gaining a level now grants an inherent 2 Max Health and Essence. It also fully heals and restores essence.

Pickups: Adjusted the pickup gravity. They should be easier to grab and less “swingy.”

UX Improvements:

Loadout Panel: When starting a new game, your previously selected Loadout choices will be automatically re-selected.

Disintegrating Slash: Now properly shows its area on its tooltip.

Arcane Missiles - Heavy Missiles Rune: Now properly indicates the amount of essence it drains as well as the amount of size and damage increase.

Projectile Stats: Pierce, Chain, and Split tooltips now properly display when the player has bonuses to those stats.

Stat Regeneration: Hoving over your Essence Globe or Health Globe now shows the actual amount of that stat regenerated per second.

Status Bar: Statuses now indicate their duration via a dimmer slowly filling up over the Status icon.

Bug Fixes:

Orb Launcher now once again summons Arcane Orbitals.

Crystalized Aetherium display on the HUD now properly resets on game reset.

Dropping a new item into the Forge Slot now properly changes the tooltip to the dropped item.

Fixed a bug involving area effect interval time being improperly calculated.

Fixed an issue with Arcane Orbitals getting access to certain Player Passives. (this may return as a feature).
